Please read these terms carefully. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Welcome to Alliance Interstellar's products and services! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Extraordinary Tech. ("Alliance Interstellar", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our products and services.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
Alliance Interstellar provides the following products and services:
AI Booster
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) service
- Chain proxy encryption technology
- Cross-platform client applications
AgentAura
- Current Web BYOS guided runtime installation; some native builds and accounts may show managed deployment in the user's cloud account, subject to the current client
- Local AI assistant (AgentAura-based)
- Multi-model API integration
AI Digital Human Studio
- AI-powered digital human creation
- Real-time voice and video synthesis
- Multi-language content generation
- Live streaming and video production
RealSoul & AniSoul
- Spoken conversation with an animated 3D human, plus text chat. The voice channel is full duplex: each app keeps listening while it is speaking, and can be interrupted mid-sentence.
- The companion language model, the synthesised voice and the lip-sync all run on your device, and speech recognition uses Apple's on-device recogniser. Complete conversations work in Airplane Mode.
- The language model file is not part of the app download. It is fetched once, on or shortly after first launch (roughly 400 MB to 1 GB depending on your device), and then stays on your device.
- No account and no sign-up: there is nothing to log into. Neither app has other users, profiles, a feed or user-to-user messaging.
- Free use of each app includes a daily message allowance (30 messages per day at the time of writing). Optional subscriptions remove that daily limit; see the Subscriptions and Payments section below.
- For adults aged 18 or over, as set out in the Eligibility and Age section.
2. Eligibility and Age (18+)
This section governs your use of our apps and services, whether or not an account is involved.
1Adults Only: 18 and Over
- Our apps and services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
- By downloading, installing, or using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- We have filed an 18+ age rating for RealSoul with the App Store, consistent with this policy. Until Apple applies it, the App Store listing still shows the rating of the version currently published.
2How This Requirement Applies
- It applies to every app we publish, including apps that need no account and no sign-in, such as RealSoul.
- If the law where you live sets a higher age of majority, you must meet that higher age.
- If we learn that someone under 18 is using our Services, we may restrict that use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Products that do use registered accounts carry the additional account requirements in the next section.
3. Account Registration

5. Subscriptions and Payments
AI Booster
Plan availability, included features, currency, taxes, billing period, and price may vary by region and purchase channel. The price and terms shown on the applicable purchase page or store purchase sheet immediately before you confirm are authoritative.
AgentAura
If paid plans, add-ons, or provider charges are offered, their current price and included features are those shown on the applicable purchase page or store purchase sheet immediately before you confirm.
RealSoul
Subscription group: RealSoul No Daily Limit
RealSoul needs no account. Free use includes a daily message allowance (30 messages per day at the time of writing), metered by our server when it is reachable and by a counter stored on your device when it is not. Three auto-renewable subscriptions remove the daily limit:

- • Prices are listed in US dollars and vary by territory. The price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
- • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- • Each subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- • Manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device.
- • Restore Purchases is available in the app, for example after reinstalling it or changing device.
AniSoul
Subscription group: AniSoul Unlimited
AniSoul needs no account. Free use includes a daily message allowance (30 messages per day at the time of writing), metered by our server when it is reachable and by a counter stored on your device when it is not. Three auto-renewable subscriptions remove the daily limit:

Payment & Renewal
- • Recurring billing, renewal intervals, and any trial terms are disclosed before purchase
- • Manage or cancel through the channel used to purchase; cancellation generally stops future renewal
- • Price changes and notices follow the purchase channel's rules and applicable law
Refund Policy
- • Web purchases: eligibility and process follow the purchase-page terms and the applicable Stripe, PayPal, or merchant policy
- • Apple App Store purchases: request refunds through Apple under Apple's policy
- • Google Play purchases: request refunds through Google under Google Play's policy
- • Mandatory consumer rights and other applicable law prevail over conflicting terms
6. Intellectual Property

- • No copying, modifying, or distributing our software

- • You retain ownership of your content
- • You grant us limited license to provide services
7. Disclaimers
Services Provided "As Is"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific results, or third-party content.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability does not exceed fees paid. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
VPN Notice
VPN cannot guarantee complete anonymity. You must comply with local laws.
AI Notice
AI content is for reference only. Don't use for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
8. Service Termination
Your Rights

Our Rights
- • Suspend/terminate for Terms violations
- • Advance notice for service discontinuation
- • Certain provisions survive termination
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us first to negotiate. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. These Terms are governed by applicable laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notifications, email, or website announcements. Continued use indicates acceptance.
